Grandma Cookies

Blend first three ingredients together.

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup maple syrup

Add dry ingredients and mix again.

  • 1 ½ cups flour (Different types of flour may alter dough consistency)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Mix last two ingredients in by hand until fully incorporated. 

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Scoop cookie dough onto cookie sheet about two inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Enjoy!
