Grandma Cookies
Blend first three ingredients together.
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup maple syrup
Add dry ingredients and mix again.
- 1 ½ cups flour (Different types of flour may alter dough consistency)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Mix last two ingredients in by hand until fully incorporated.
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Scoop cookie dough onto cookie sheet about two inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Enjoy!
